Features

These pants, made from 100% linen, offer all-day comfort with their breathable fabric and relaxed fit. The front has a classic waistband appearance, while the back features an elasticated design, making them both stylish and comfortable. For customers who find the length a bit short, there is a generous hem allowance to let the pants down. You can extend the length by up to 3 cm with the help of a trusted tailor. We recommend washing them separately on a delicate cycle at 30°C. Otherwise, the fabric may fade or crease. Do not tumble dry.

All of our linens are certified by European Flax®.
This certification ensures that the flax is grown in Europe using sustainable farming methods, without artificial irrigation or GMOs. In other words, it is the result of a production process that respects both the soil and nature.
At the same time, the certification guarantees the traceability of the raw material—where and how the flax was produced.
The flax fibers we use are of premium quality, which is evident in every detail, from the lightness of the fabric to its texture.

Delivery and Return
Returns & Refund Policy
You may return any item purchased from our online store within 14 days without providing any reason, provided that the item has not been used (excluding socks due to hygiene reasons). You must also include the e-archive invoice that was sent to the email address registered in our system. After printing the invoice, please fill in the required fields and send it back to us together with the product. Returns sent without an invoice will not be accepted.
If you use our contracted shipping company, PTT Cargo, the return shipping fee will be covered by us. To initiate a return, you must fill out the return form available on your "My Orders" page. Once completed, you will receive a code that you can present at any PTT Cargo branch to send your package free of charge. Our address is already registered in their system. If you choose to send your return via a different courier, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. We do not accept packages sent with cash-on-delivery payment.
For guest orders (without account registration), you can submit your return request by accessing your order through the “Track Shipment” button on our homepage.
If your total order amount exceeds 2500 TL, you benefit from our free shipping campaign. However, if your total drops below 2500 TL after the return or if all items are returned, this campaign becomes invalid. In such cases, 49.90 TL (or 59.90 TL if you selected Yurtiçi Kargo) will be deducted from your refund as a shipping fee.
Once the returned items have been received, a refund will be issued within 7 business days. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used at checkout (installment or lump sum). Since the process is automated, the refund method cannot be changed. Depending on your bank, it may take 1–10 business days after the refund instruction for the payment to appear in your account.
If you paid in installments, your refund will also be issued in installments. If you paid in a single transaction, your refund will be returned in full.
If you paid by bank transfer, please write the full name and IBAN (26-digit TR number) of the account holder in the return section on the front side of your invoice. The purchase amount will be refunded to this account within 7 business days after the return is received. The time it takes for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account depends on your bank’s processing time, but it usually appears within 1–10 business days after the refund instruction.
Important Note for International Orders:
Due to customs regulations and return procedures that vary from country to country, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for orders shipped internationally. This policy is necessary to ensure the security and efficiency of both our customers and our operational processes. However, if the item you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. After the necessary review, if the product is confirmed to be faulty, the refund will be issued to bank accounts located in Türkiye.

If a product purchased from our website is defective or faulty, you must contact us via info@he-qa.com within 14 days from the delivery date. If the faulty product is available in our stock, it will be replaced. All shipping costs related to defective products will be covered by us. Please use PTT Cargo for these returns as well. Products damaged due to customer use or used beyond the 14-day period are not eligible for return. If the faulty product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued within 3 business days.
