Combining an 86% tencel and 14% polyester blend, the qualified fabric structure brings together classic trench coat elegance with superior comfort. The natural softness and breathable lightweight texture offered by tencel fibers combine with the wrinkle-resistant power of polyester, preserving its shape throughout the day. The fabric's natural texture does not weigh you down and offers coolness all summer long thanks to the 100% cotton voile lining used inside.

The double-breasted closure system, wide collar cut, and epaulet details on the shoulders add a timeless air to the model. Elegant self-fabric belt attachments on the sleeve cuffs and waistline stand out as functional details that complete the design. Thanks to its long form and fluid drape, it adds a refined elegance to both your sporty and classic combinations in a single move.

Care Instructions: To preserve the soft structure, drape, and rich color tone of the tencel texture for a long time, it is highly recommended to wash it alone on a delicate cycle at 30°C. In order to maintain its shape in the best way possible, it should be hung to dry without exposure to direct sunlight and lightly ironed inside out at a low temperature. Since it is produced with natural tencel fabric, it is natural for the product color to have a very slight distressed look after the first wash. Those who want the colors to remain just like the first day can choose dry cleaning only.

Fit Information: The product has a very loose fit; those who do not prefer a loose style may choose one size smaller. The product measurements are listed below. You can choose the most accurate size by comparing them with a product you love.

Delivery and Return
Returns & Refund Policy
You may return any item purchased from our online store within 14 days without providing any reason, provided that the item has not been used (excluding socks due to hygiene reasons).
If you use our contracted shipping company, PTT Cargo, the return shipping fee will be covered by us. To initiate a return, you must fill out the return form available on your "My Orders" page. Once completed, you will receive a code that you can present at any PTT Cargo branch to send your package free of charge. Our address is already registered in their system. If you choose to send your return via a different courier, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. We do not accept packages sent with cash-on-delivery payment.
For guest orders (without account registration), you can submit your return request by accessing your order through the “Track Shipment” button on our homepage.
If your total order amount exceeds 2500 TL, you benefit from our free shipping campaign. However, if your total drops below 2500 TL after the return or if all items are returned, this campaign becomes invalid. In such cases, 74.90 TL (or 99.90 TL if you selected Yurtiçi Kargo) will be deducted from your refund as a shipping fee.
Once the returned items have been received, a refund will be issued within 7 business days. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used at checkout (installment or lump sum). Since the process is automated, the refund method cannot be changed. Depending on your bank, it may take 1–10 business days after the refund instruction for the payment to appear in your account.
If you paid in installments, your refund will also be issued in installments. If you paid in a single transaction, your refund will be returned in full.
If you paid by bank transfer, please write the full name and IBAN (26-digit TR number) of the account holder in the return section on the return form. The purchase amount will be refunded to this account within 7 business days after the return is received. The time it takes for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account depends on your bank’s processing time, but it usually appears within 1–10 business days after the refund instruction.
Important Note for International Orders:
Due to customs regulations and return procedures that vary from country to country, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for orders shipped internationally. This policy is necessary to ensure the security and efficiency of both our customers and our operational processes. However, if the item you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. After the necessary review, if the product is confirmed to be faulty, the refund will be issued to bank accounts located in Türkiye.

If a product purchased from our website is defective or faulty, you must contact us via info@he-qa.com within 14 days from the delivery date. If the faulty product is available in our stock, it will be replaced. All shipping costs related to defective products will be covered by us. Please use PTT Cargo for these returns as well. Products damaged due to customer use or used beyond the 14-day period are not eligible for return. If the faulty product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued within 3 business days.
