Features
Made from a fabric blend of 85% rayon and 15% nylon. The rayon yarn used in this product is typically derived from beech, eucalyptus, and bamboo trees. Known for its soft texture and elegant drape, rayon is made from natural cellulose and gives the fabric a silky feel and breathability The 15% nylon content enhances the durability of the product, helping the fabric retain its shape over time without stretching. Nylon also prevents wrinkling, offering extra comfort throughout the day.
This product has a loose fit, and the trousers have an elastic waistband. If you prefer a less oversized look than shown on the model, you may consider sizing down. However, we recommend referring to the hip measurement of the trousers when choosing your size.
Due to the nature of the fabric, it should be washed alone at a maximum of 30°C and ironed inside out on a very low setting. Otherwise, color bleeding may occur.

Returns & Refund Policy
You may return any item purchased from our online store within 14 days without providing any reason, provided that the item has not been used (excluding socks due to hygiene reasons). You must also include the e-archive invoice that was sent to the email address registered in our system. After printing the invoice, please fill in the required fields and send it back to us together with the product. Returns sent without an invoice will not be accepted.

If you use our contracted shipping company, PTT Cargo, the return shipping fee will be covered by us. To initiate a return, you must fill out the return form available on your "My Orders" page. Once completed, you will receive a code that you can present at any PTT Cargo branch to send your package free of charge. Our address is already registered in their system. If you choose to send your return via a different courier, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. We do not accept packages sent with cash-on-delivery payment.
For guest orders (without account registration), you can submit your return request by accessing your order through the “Track Shipment” button on our homepage.
If your total order amount exceeds 2500 TL, you benefit from our free shipping campaign. However, if your total drops below 2500 TL after the return or if all items are returned, this campaign becomes invalid. In such cases, 49.90 TL (or 59.90 TL if you selected Yurtiçi Kargo) will be deducted from your refund as a shipping fee.
Once the returned items have been received, a refund will be issued within 7 business days. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used at checkout (installment or lump sum). Since the process is automated, the refund method cannot be changed. Depending on your bank, it may take 1–10 business days after the refund instruction for the payment to appear in your account.
If you paid in installments, your refund will also be issued in installments. If you paid in a single transaction, your refund will be returned in full.
If you paid by bank transfer, please write the full name and IBAN (26-digit TR number) of the account holder in the return section on the front side of your invoice. The purchase amount will be refunded to this account within 7 business days after the return is received. The time it takes for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account depends on your bank’s processing time, but it usually appears within 1–10 business days after the refund instruction.
Important Note for International Orders:
Due to customs regulations and return procedures that vary from country to country, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for orders shipped internationally. This policy is necessary to ensure the security and efficiency of both our customers and our operational processes. However, if the item you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. After the necessary review, if the product is confirmed to be faulty, the refund will be issued to bank accounts located in Türkiye.

If a product purchased from our website is defective or faulty, you must contact us via info@he-qa.com within 14 days from the delivery date. If the faulty product is available in our stock, it will be replaced. All shipping costs related to defective products will be covered by us. Please use PTT Cargo for these returns as well. Products damaged due to customer use or used beyond the 14-day period are not eligible for return. If the faulty product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued within 3 business days.
