Features

Crafted with a 100% polyester technical fabric structure, this swimwear suit offers superior comfort for sea and pool use thanks to its water-repellent surface performance. This special finish applied to the fabric surface prevents water from being absorbed by the fibers, allowing water to slide right off. Its lightweight texture, which does not trap water inside, allows it to dry very quickly as soon as you step out of the water; thus, it enables you to move freely all day long at the beach and coastline without creating a feeling of wetness.

Offering aesthetics and functionality together, the design reflects the summer energy into your style with its original and dynamic pattern transitions. The full-length zipper closure located on the front body provides a practical use advantage when putting the product on and taking it off. Bringing a modern interpretation to modest beach fashion with its easy form and draped stance, this special product consists of 3 pieces: a swimming shawl, a tunic, and trousers. The hat that completes the outfit is sold separately.

Care Instructions: To preserve the water-repellent performance of the technical fabric and the vibrancy of the patterns for a long time, it is recommended to rinse the product with clean water after each use in order to rid it of pool chlorine and sea salt. If needed, it should be washed on a delicate cycle at 30°C, and hung to dry without exposure to direct intense heat sources. Ironing is not recommended.

Delivery and Return
Returns & Refund Policy
You may return any item purchased from our online store within 14 days without providing any reason, provided that the item has not been used (excluding socks due to hygiene reasons).
If you use our contracted shipping company, PTT Cargo, the return shipping fee will be covered by us. To initiate a return, you must fill out the return form available on your "My Orders" page. Once completed, you will receive a code that you can present at any PTT Cargo branch to send your package free of charge. Our address is already registered in their system. If you choose to send your return via a different courier, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. We do not accept packages sent with cash-on-delivery payment.
For guest orders (without account registration), you can submit your return request by accessing your order through the “Track Shipment” button on our homepage.
If your total order amount exceeds 2500 TL, you benefit from our free shipping campaign. However, if your total drops below 2500 TL after the return or if all items are returned, this campaign becomes invalid. In such cases, 74.90 TL (or 99.90 TL if you selected Yurtiçi Kargo) will be deducted from your refund as a shipping fee.
Once the returned items have been received, a refund will be issued within 7 business days. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used at checkout (installment or lump sum). Since the process is automated, the refund method cannot be changed. Depending on your bank, it may take 1–10 business days after the refund instruction for the payment to appear in your account.
If you paid in installments, your refund will also be issued in installments. If you paid in a single transaction, your refund will be returned in full.
If you paid by bank transfer, please write the full name and IBAN (26-digit TR number) of the account holder in the return section on the return form. The purchase amount will be refunded to this account within 7 business days after the return is received. The time it takes for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account depends on your bank’s processing time, but it usually appears within 1–10 business days after the refund instruction.
Important Note for International Orders:
Due to customs regulations and return procedures that vary from country to country, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for orders shipped internationally. This policy is necessary to ensure the security and efficiency of both our customers and our operational processes. However, if the item you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. After the necessary review, if the product is confirmed to be faulty, the refund will be issued to bank accounts located in Türkiye.

If a product purchased from our website is defective or faulty, you must contact us via info@he-qa.com within 14 days from the delivery date. If the faulty product is available in our stock, it will be replaced. All shipping costs related to defective products will be covered by us. Please use PTT Cargo for these returns as well. Products damaged due to customer use or used beyond the 14-day period are not eligible for return. If the faulty product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued within 3 business days.
