For all purchases made from our online store (except socks for hygiene reasons),
you may return the item within 14 days without stating a reason, provided the product is unused.
The e-archive invoice sent to your registered email address must be included with the returned item.
After printing your invoice, please fill in the required fields and send it back along with the item. Products returned without an invoice will not be accepted.


If you return your item via our contracted courier, PTT Cargo, the shipping fee will be covered by us. To begin the return process, please fill out the return form under the "My Orders" page. After completing the form, you’ll receive a code which you can use to ship the item back for free via any PTT Cargo branch.
Our address details are already registered in the courier system. If you choose to return the item using a different courier, you must cover the shipping cost yourself. Cash-on-delivery returns via other carriers will not be accepted.


If you placed your order as a guest (without logging in), you can request a return via the “Cargo Tracking” button on the homepage.
If your order total exceeded 1500 TL, you received free shipping. However, if your return causes the order total to fall below 1500 TL or if all items are returned, this free shipping offer becomes void. In this case, 49.90 TL (or 59.90 TL for Yurtiçi Kargo) will be deducted from your refund.
If you paid via cash on delivery, a total deduction of 69.80 TL (including shipping and service fee) will be applied.


Once the returned item reaches us, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during checkout (either lump sum or installments).
• Installment payments will be refunded in installments. • One-time payments will be refunded as a lump sum.
If you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, write the full name of the account holder and the IBAN number (26-digit starting with TR) in the return section of your invoice. The product amount will be transferred to the provided account within 7 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your agreement with your bank but typically occurs within 1 to 10 days after the refund instruction is issued.


Important Note for International Orders:


For orders shipped abroad, returns are accepted only if the item reaches us within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be made only to bank accounts located in Turkey.
We cannot issue refunds to foreign bank accounts. If the return is not received within 14 days, it will not be accepted.
Return shipping fees for international returns must be covered by the customer.

If the item you purchased from our website is defective or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@he-qa.com.


The defective item should be sent back via a courier and, if in stock, it will be replaced. For such cases, all shipping costs will be covered by us.


Please use PTT Cargo for this return as well.


If the defect is due to customer use or if the product was used within 14 days, the return will not be accepted.
If the item is out of stock during this process, the refund will be issued within 3 business days.
