With full awareness of these challenges, we designed this product to strike the perfect balance. It has a relaxed fit, yet features stoppers that prevent sleeves and pant legs from billowing while swimming.
This set offers a stylish, comfortable, and sporty look at the beach. When you're ready to swim, simply tighten the stoppers for a smooth and enjoyable swimming experience.
The pants have an elastic waistband for extra comfort.

Returns & Refund Policy
You may return any item purchased from our online store within 14 days without providing any reason, provided that the item has not been used (excluding socks due to hygiene reasons). You must also include the e-archive invoice that was sent to the email address registered in our system. After printing the invoice, please fill in the required fields and send it back to us together with the product. Returns sent without an invoice will not be accepted.
If you use our contracted shipping company, PTT Cargo, the return shipping fee will be covered by us. To initiate a return, you must fill out the return form available on your "My Orders" page. Once completed, you will receive a code that you can present at any PTT Cargo branch to send your package free of charge. Our address is already registered in their system. If you choose to send your return via a different courier, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. We do not accept packages sent with cash-on-delivery payment.
For guest orders (without account registration), you can submit your return request by accessing your order through the “Track Shipment” button on our homepage.
If your total order amount exceeds 1500 TL, you benefit from our free shipping campaign. However, if your total drops below 1500 TL after the return or if all items are returned, this campaign becomes invalid. In such cases, 49.90 TL (or 59.90 TL if you selected Yurtiçi Kargo) will be deducted from your refund as a shipping fee.
Once the returned items have been received, a refund will be issued within 7 business days. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used at checkout (installment or lump sum). Since the process is automated, the refund method cannot be changed. Depending on your bank, it may take 1–10 business days after the refund instruction for the payment to appear in your account.
If you paid in installments, your refund will also be issued in installments. If you paid in a single transaction, your refund will be returned in full.
If you paid by bank transfer, please write the full name and IBAN (26-digit TR number) of the account holder in the return section on the front side of your invoice. The purchase amount will be refunded to this account within 7 business days after the return is received. The time it takes for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account depends on your bank’s processing time, but it usually appears within 1–10 business days after the refund instruction.
Important Note for International Orders:
Items shipped abroad may be returned if they are delivered back to us within 14 days of receipt and in perfect condition. Refunds can only be sent to bank accounts located in Turkey. Transfers to foreign bank accounts are not possible. If the package does not reach us within 14 days, the return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

If a product purchased from our website is
defective or faulty, you must contact us via
info@he-qa.com within
14 days from the delivery date. If the faulty product is available in our stock, it will be
replaced.
All shipping costs related to defective products will be covered by us. Please use
PTT Cargo for these returns as well. Products
damaged due to customer use or used beyond the 14-day period are not eligible for return. If the faulty product is out of stock, a
full refund will be issued within 3 business days.
